5 Questions to Ask in Cleaning Out Your Closet
1. Do you love it?
If you “sort of like” something, get rid of it.
2. Is it flattering?
Do the color and style present you at your best?
3. Does it fit well?
Too big or too small? Just a little too long? Either get it tailored or give it away.
4. When was the last time you wore it?
With the possible exception of your wedding gown, if you haven’t worn it in over a year, get rid of it.
5.Is this the image you want to project?
What message do those yoga pants send? How about that short, tight skirt? Think about the image you want to project and ensure your attire isn’t short circuiting you.
